David R. Beach is a retired U.S. Army officer and now a practicing lawyer in Junction City, Oregon. he and his wife Sunny are the owners/operators of Reveille Farm, nearby that small town. Besides homegrown hops, this modest enterprise yields red raspberries, grapes, and other fruits and vegetables, thanks to lots of hard work and attention to detail. Dave and Sunny have been raising hops and home brewing for over four years now, and they recommend these pursuits as an ideal hobby that satisfies the palate as well as the intellect.
